Complete the appropriate Tour Application Form:
Tour A: 18 May 2024 – 1 June 2024
Tour B: 27 July 2024 – 10 August 2024
Submit it along the appropriate fee indicated on the form and a clear copy of your passport (the page with your photo on it).
Be sure to review the General Conditions document before submitting the form. Submitting the Application Form signifies acceptance of the policies, terms, and conditions as outlined in the General Conditions document.
You must have a passport valid for at least 6 months following the last day of the tour before your Tour Application Form can be accepted.
Applications will be accepted in the order they are received. You will be notified immediately if your Tour Application Form arrives after the tour has reached capacity. Do not make additional travel plans until you have received notification of acceptance of your Tour Application.
